WHAT IS THE HUNTSVILLE COFFEE AND TEA FESTIVAL?

Downtown HSV Event of the Year Award Winner thanks to our Amazing community of businesses, customers, friends, and family. The Huntsville Coffee and Tea Festival is North Alabama’s premier coffee event, celebrating artisan coffee, fine teas, pastry, savory food and more. Guests will enjoy free tastings, samplings, live music, engaging demonstrations, and the opportunity to purchase your favorite products.

This caffeinated (or caffeine free if you are a weirdo) event is an unmissable show! Whether you’re a serious coffee lover, enjoy an occasional sip, come for the scrumptious food, or to enjoy the music, there will be something for everyone.

This event is specifically geared for coffee and tea beginners; come learn more about the brews that have changed the world.

HOW IS MAKE-A-WISH AL INVOLVED?

Make-A-Wish Alabama  is the charitable beneficiary of the Huntsville Coffee and Tea Festival. No one makes a profit from operating this event. All profits go to Make-A-Wish AL.

IS THIS A TRADE SHOW OR FOR THE PUBLIC?

Open to the public. The festival will feature access to vendors, musicians, and a variety of demonstrations.
Vendors will offer samples and products for purchase.

The hugely popular Latte Art Throwdown will be for VIP Ticket Holders and Baristas Only.

DO I NEED TO BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE?

Some tickets may be available at the door, but we expect the event to be SOLD OUT; we Strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

In addition, you can take advantage of the reduced Advance Pricing by purchasing your ticket before the event.

General Admission (Morning Session 1000 Tickets. Afternoon Session 1000 Tickets. 2000 Tickets Total) – Early Bird $10 / At Door $20

VIP (200 Tickets) – Early Bird $50 / At Door $65

DISCOUNT: College Student, Active Duty Military, First Responders, Teachers.

WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?

In addition to entry to the Huntsville Coffee and Tea Festival, you’ll have the opportunity to meet brewers, roasters, blenders, learn during skills demonstrations, hear live music, and of course taste some of the best coffee, tea, and goodies!

CAN I ATTEND THE FESTIVAL IN THE MORNING AND THE AFTERNOON?

There are 2 sessions available; Morning and Afternoon. You are welcome to stay as long as you’d like during your assigned session. If you leave and return during your session, be sure to get your hand stamped for re-entry before leaving.

CAN I TASTE COFFEE, TEA, & FOOD FOR FREE?

General Admission – Our vendors will be offering complimentary tastings. We are working with local officials and vendors to create a safe process. They will also have many items available for purchase. Food Trucks Samples are not included.

VIP – Includes General Admission PLUS Food Truck Sampling and Latte Art Throwdown Access.

CAN I USE CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS INSIDE THE FESTIVAL?

Use of credit/debit cards to purchase items is strictly up to each vendor. While some will be accepting credit and debit cards, others operate on a cash only basis.
You can use credit/debit cards for At Door tickets, Festival Merch, and Raffle Tickets benefitting Make-A-Wish AL.

WHERE IS PARKING?

Several parking options are available around Downtown HSV. The Depot has limited parking options. There are several lots and street level parking around the Festival location. Most parking downtown will be free on Sunday.

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?

All net profits from the Huntsville Coffee and Tea Festival go to support Make-A-Wish programs to make dreams come true. In addition, ALL raffle ticket proceeds will go to support Make-A-Wish programs. No person/business profits from the event.

Individual Items sold by vendors are separate and may or may not be given towards Make-A-Wish AL.

IS THIS A FAMILY-FRIENDLY EVENT?

YES, Most definitely! We ask that any child under the age of 16 is accompanied by an adult. Due to the high attendance of the event, if you have small children, we discourage Stollers and Encourage baby carriers.
Rocket City Mom is also hosting a family area for kids & moms.

Children age 8 and under are free with ticket carrying adults.

CAN I TRANSFER OR REFUND MY TICKET?

There is a no refund policy. The vendors are planning to serve for the number of tickets sold.

Transfers are potentially allowed through Eventbrite.com. HOWEVER, this is up to the individual customers, not the event, to handle. Any questions should be directed to Eventbrite, not to the HSV Coffee & Tea Festival.

IS THE SITE WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE?

Yes. The venue is ground level with ADA access.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD/BEVERAGES?

Outside food, beverage, and associated containers and bottles are strictly prohibited and must be surrendered before entry.
Violation will result in being escorted from the Festival; no refund will be issued.
